Aradhya won his first ITF junior singles title at J30 Bengaluru in September 2023. Against Chandan Shivaraj in the final, he recovered from losing the opening set 1–6 to take the next two 6–3, 6–4.
The victory on home courts marked an early milestone in his progress from national junior competition to the international circuit.
